Tax Deductibility
Alabama Contemporary is Centre for the Living Arts, a registered public charity (EIN: 63-1236563), contributions to which may be deducted up to 50 percent of adjusted gross income computed without regard to net operating loss carry-backs. Our most recent 990 tax form is available online at the Pro Publica website.

We will not sell, share or trade our members’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our members on behalf of other organizations.
