Yoga at Alabama Contemporary Art Center

Yoga at ACAC is a beginner-friendly, all levels class for anyone who wants to explore the mind-body connection of yoga, in a beautiful art-filled space. Class is FREE, but you need to bring your own water and mat.  Masks must be worn at all times while you are in the gallery, except when you are on your mat. Class will be led by instructor, Alison Herlihy, registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). Alison Has taught at Glow Yoga and the Moorer YMCA for several years and has been an active practitioner of yoga for over 20 years.
