Printmaking Summer Camp (Ages: 5-8)
Let your child explore the world of contemporary art through Alabama Contemporary Summer Camps!
Inspired by the many printmaking techniques seen in the artwork of Back to Havana, campers will learn the basics of printmaking before exploring new applications such as monotypes, collographs and block prints. They will even have the opportunity to design and print onto an item of clothing they can wear again and again!
AGES: 5-8 | CAPACITY: 15 students | LENGTH: 3 hours | COST: $125 for non-members or $100 for members
A camp constitutes a daily 3-hour session over a five-day period. Price covers the cost for all five days.
Registration is available www.eventbrite.com and at Alabama Contemporary Art Center. For more information, contact the Director of K-12 Education, Allison Skoda at 251-208-5657.
