Alabama Contemporary Reveals Exciting Transitions for 2020

MOBILE, AL. January 9, 2020 – Following a banner year, Alabama Contemporary Art Center has cultivated a new organizational design to strengthen their focus on serving the local community in the most dynamic and successful manner. Starting January 1, elizabet elliott, former Director of Exhibitions and Programs, transitioned into the role of Executive Director.

TALK: Skill and Intellectual Labor in Art

Memory Cafe at Alabama Contemporary Art Center provides a meeting place for individuals living with changes in their memory, mild cognitive impairment, or dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease or related disorder to create and explore contemporary art while visiting with friends.
