Cosmic Yoga

Join certified instructor and yogi-in-residence, Lisa Blount, for Cosmic Yoga at Alabama Contemporary!

This all-levels class is designed to energize your body and stimulate your imagination. Participants will enjoy an upbeat 45-minute blacklight yoga session, followed by drinks, dancing, and colorful “free-create” projects throughout the Main Gallery. Henna designs will be available for an extra fee (depending on design).
